terms & Conditions
Given
rates are for a period of up to 24 Hours (which will counted from the time product
or services are delivered to mentioned venue by the client or the date &
time are mentioned in product or service delivery slip.) is equals to 1(one)
day. it is to note that mentioned terms & conditions are Only applicable
for Riyadh city. outside Riyadh city terms & conditions are subject to
change. A plus Events & Rentals authority reserve full rights to change the
terms & conditions without any prior Notice.
- Deposit
of full amount of the invoice shall reserve the inventory for a confirmed delivery.
- Customers
can order for product or services from the website by its own as per given
instructions or by calling our customer service.
- A
reservation can do by bank transfer or by cash payment to hold any order unless
Customer has established a charge account.
- A
25-50% of the total invoiced amount may applicable as refundable product
security deposit.
- Once
the order is confirmed the customer is agreed with the quality of the product.
- No
refund will be applicable in case of cancellation to any confirmed order by the
customer at any time.
- No
credit will be issued for mutually agreed upon customer items or event-driven
purchases; these items are also subject to payment of 100% at the time of
reservation and are non-refundable.
- No refund
will be given for unused items.
- Unless
the order has been confirmed and reserved, all prices and availability are
subject to change.
- Prices
are subject to change by authority without any prior notice unless the order is
confirmed.
- VAT is inclusive & shall applicable as per Saudi vat rules and regulations.
Responsibility for equipment protection remains
with the customer’s from the time of delivery till the time of return. Please
be sure equipment is secure and protected from the weather when not in use.
